Hard bounce policy change
As we wish to maximize the deliverability of our customers, we are changing the hard bounce policy for all Addemar accounts.
A hard bounce indicates a permanent reason an email cannot be delivered. Keeping them in your mailing lists would mean downgrading the quality of your lists and therefore also the deliverability of your campaign.
That's why by default, we will now automatically unsubscribe hard bounced email addresses.
You can change this setting under My Account > Settings > Preferences > Policies.
