Why is this important !

Directly copying text from Microsoft Word will have an impact on the design of your email and will have an impact on how your mail is devilred into the inbox of your contacts.

What do you need to do to prevent this

Open your email creation and copy the text from word you need into your creation. To copy the text from word click the highlighted icon inside the editor.

A special dialog appears.

- Copy text from Microsoft Word, and paste it into the area on the dialog.

- Click OK to paste the text into the WYSIWYG editor.

All unnecessary code from Microsoft Word is erased.

Note: we advise to check both checkboxes before clicking OK.
