In order to keep our application and infrastructure on the top of their game and ensure quality of service, we need to update our application and infrastructure on a regular basis.
We have planned both maintenance windows for the application and the infrastructure. We will inform you in time on every occasion!
What does it imply?
We distinguish between two types of planned maintenance :

Planned maintenance window with minor impact.

Planned maintenance window with major impact.
Planned maintenance window with minor impact.
- You and your colleagues/clients will not be able to login to your Addemar account. If you do try, you'll see a non-branded “Maintenance” page, informing you to try again later.
- Scheduled campaigns for this period will be sent AFTER, so automatically and immediately after the reactivation of the application.
- Some good news: subscribers, unsubscribers and bouncers will be captured during the downtime and processed afterwards. Images will continue to load in emails, and clicks and opens will also be recorded.
- The API ( which is mostly used for integrations and triggering of campaigns ) is NOT available. See topic 'crosscheck' below!
