A file link is a good alternative to an attachment in an email, as attachments are easely blocked by spam filters.

File links are links to files stored on the server that can be accessed or downloaded by the recipient of the e-mail.

To create this:

- Select the text you want to link to.
- Click the  icon.

- Click the "browse to server" button

- Browse to the file you wish to link to and click on it.
- Click OK to create the file.
