Lookup import feature

We have made it possible to besides a normal import also use a lookup import. This feature allows you to create new contacts group based upon a reference field to import contacts in this group.

  Boxed Template -  Border issue optimized

We have optimized our Articles and Newsletter BOXED template. 

There was a border issue in Outlook, this has now been fixed.
