A number of features can be activated on request. Those are optional features in Addemar.
As Agency or Retail Master, you can have the power to activate or deactivate these options for your customer/child accounts. (This is also an option, ask the Addemar team.)
Warning: all these features can have serious implications, so they should be activated and deactivated in consultation with the Addemar team.
Optional features can be found when you open the account properties clicking the 
icon in Accounts.
Note: It is possible that you do not have the power to change account settings. Contact the Addemar team.
Here is a list of possible options:

Campaign items need validation
|
Select this if you want that sending by this account should be validated on master level (Agency Master, Retail Master). This account will then not be able anymore to send out without validation by the Master level. |

Validation users
|
Select this if you want that sending should be validated by one or more specific users.
|
|
Attachment size
|
Select this option if you want this account to be able to send emails with attachments. Fill in a number, you define the maximum size of the attachment. The users of this account will be able to add attachments in the Launch wizard.

Change account settings |
Select this option if you want that this account can change his own account settings. Warning: all optional account settings are features that can have serious implications, so they should be activated and deactivated in consultation with the Addemar team.

Clickrate = click/delivered
|
Select this option if you want that the clickrate in Evaluate will be calculated against the number of delivered emails instead of the number of opened emails.

Dynamic content
|
Select this option if you want to activate the optional feature dynamic content for this account. . |

Import: update unsubscribers |
Select this option if you want that you can resubscribe unsubscribed contacts via import. Normally unsubscribed contacts remain uinsubscribed, even if you update them via import. If you activate this option, unsubscribed contacts are subscribed again if their data is updated.

Skip campaign question (Work without campaign folders)
|
Select this option if you want that this account does not work with campaign folders. When starting the launch wizard, the question "what do you want to do? new campaign - existing campaign - etc." will not be shown anymore. He can immediately tell what he wants to send out. In Evaluate, no folders will be used. Every sent item appears in the "Campaigns" root folder.

Launch subtypes (Launch new standard pages) |
Select this option if you want to enable this account to define its own unsubscribe pages, its own edit profile pages, etc. All standard landing pages can be overwritten then.

Recurrency |
Select this option if you want to enable this account to send recurrent mailings, such as birthday cards and automatic welcome messages.

Field functions |
Select this option if you want to activate the import formatting functionality for this account.
