Here is a detailed list of actions / checks / questions  you can crosscheck during / after / before  a planned maintenance window :

  • Can I send out campaigns during the maintenance window.
    • Campaigns will not be sent during the maintenance window and we strongly advise NOT to sent any campaigns during or before the maintenance window(s)
      • FOR MAINTENANCE WITH MAJOR IMPACT WE ADVISE NOT TE SCHEDULE CAMPAIGNS THE DAY OF THE MAINTENANCE !
      • A maintenance window with major impact will be communicated.
  • We do no longer receive internal mails ( mails coming from Addemar towards our own domain ) after a maintenance window with major impact.
    • Please check with your system administrator if there is a fixed ip whitlisting active for Addemar mails. If this is the case please check with our Help desk how the issue /problem can be resolved.
  • Can I create campaigns before the maintenance window and launch them after the maintenance window?
    • Yes, you can. The maintenance window results in a downtime of the application. No settings, creations, users, etcetera will get lost.
  • What with Addemar landingpages inside my website?
    • In reduced downtime these pages will stay be available and their functionality isn't impacted
    • In full downtime these pages are impacted and will NOT be available.
  • Can I use the webservice during the maintenance windowI
    • In both reduced and full downtime these integrations will not be able to connect to our API, hence they will NOT function properly !
