How do I create a radio button in my form?


 

To insert a range of radio buttons, put the mouse cursor on the place where you want to insert the first radio button and click the  button.

The following dialog pops up:

  • Choose a general name for the range of radio button and fill it in in theName/Naam field. This is the name that appears when you export the results of the form.

  • You can indicate the first radio button as selected by default.

  • Click OK to create the radio button.

  • Next to the radio button, type the label that represents the radio button value (i.c. Yes).

  • Put your mouse cursor on the place where you want to insert the second radio button and click the button.

  • The following dialog pops up:

  • Insert the same name in the Name field. Choose another word for the value.

  • Click OK to create the second radio button.

  • Next to the radio button, type the label that represents the radio button value (i.c. No).
