To insert a range of radio buttons, put the mouse cursor on the place where you want to insert the first radio button and click the button.
The following dialog pops up:

Choose a general name for the range of radio button and fill it in in theName/Naam field. This is the name that appears when you export the results of the form.

You can indicate the first radio button as selected by default.

Click OK to create the radio button.

Next to the radio button, type the label that represents the radio button value (i.c. Yes).

Put your mouse cursor on the place where you want to insert the second radio button and click the button.

The following dialog pops up:

Insert the same name in the Name field. Choose another word for the value.

Click OK to create the second radio button.

Next to the radio button, type the label that represents the radio button value (i.c. No).
